Ceiling in Case of Two Pensions

In the case of pensioners in receipt of civ and mil pension, the floor ceiling of Rs 9000/- will not apply to the two pensions taken together and the individual pension will be governed by respective Pension Rules. Accordingly, the floor ceiling of Rs 9000/- will apply individually to the civ and mil pension.
