Sub : Extension of empanelment of already empanelled Health Care Organizations under CGHS, Jaipur.

With reference to the above mentioned subject attention is drawn to OM datedL4.11.20L4 effective from L7.LL.20L4  and further OMs empanelling Health Care Organizations under CGHS, Jaipur till 16.08.2017. It is informed that the Directorate General of CGHS has decided to extend empanelment of all Health Care Organizations already empanelled under CGHS, Jaipur, vide Directorate General of CGHS Office Order No. F. No. S-11045/36120L6-CGHS (HEC) dated the 3’d August, 20L7, for a further period of three months w.e.f. L7.08.20L7 till 16.11 .20L7 on same terms and conditions on which they are presently empanelled.
