0nline submission of digitally signed authorities has been fully functional. But it has been noticed that some authorisation sections are still sending the physical copy of SSAs duly embossed with special seal defeating the very purpose of implementing the issuance of online digitally signed authorities. In view of the above all Authorisation Sections are requested not to send the hard copy ofauthority duly embossed with Special Seal to any ofthe CppCs.

This issues with the approval ofthe competent authority.
