CGHS West Bengal Health Scheme Hospitals List 2021
The WBHS is a state-level health insurance welfare scheme. This scheme began in the year 2008. However, in 2014, it underwent a revamp and came to be known as the West Bengal Health for All Employees and Pensioners Cashless Medical Treatment Scheme. Both schemes have been merged.
As per this scheme, eligible people can avail cashless treatment in the stated list of hospitals, also known as empanelled hospitals and Health Care Organisations (HCO). Those who are eligible can avail a cashless treatment of Rs. One lakh.
The empanelment of the following Health Care Organisations was extended up to 31.03.2023 vide Finance Department’s Notification No-48-F(MED)WR; Dared-09.07.2019 and No. 60-F(MED) WB dated 19/05/2020 on existing terms and conditions read with notification nos.-4803 F(MED);Dated-12.09.2014 and 5069-F(MED); Dated-26.09.2014.
Now, the following Health Care Organizations have inked agreement with the Govt. of West Bengal under the West Bengal Health For All Employees and Pensioners Cashless Medical Treatment Scheme,2014 on the basis of Memorandum of agreement up to 31.03.2023 or till it is modified or revoked which is earlier. Accordingly, the Governor is pleased to renew the impalement period of the said Health Care Organisations under the West Bengal Health For All Employees and Pensioners Cashless Medical Treatment Scheme, 2014 up to 31.03.2023, or they are modified or revoked whichever is earlier.
